Have called them every few years to clean and inspect our 2 fireplaces. Always ensures the cleaning is done without mess inside the house . lso had them inspect the chimney due to a leak in the house, they provided options for repairs, even though the most cost effective was not a service they would have provided,

After calling service was booked within a week, the technician who arrived was well prepared, was able to answer my questions re safety and other features of the fireplace insert that was in the house (fist time dealing with a wood burning insert). I was very happy with the service and will be booking them again for the yearly cleaning next season.
