Demetrius was awesome. We have been looking for someone to replace my husbands motorcycle key(it was lost) and this was the only place that we found that could do it. They came and made two keys for us within 15 minutes. If I can rate it a 10 star, I would. Thank you all again.

My partner and I locked ourselves out and had a bad experience with Ace Lock & Key Smith. After waiting over an hour after an estimated wait time of 15-20 minutes, Demetrius arrived at the lobby to meet me and my boyfriend (a dark-skinned man). Demetrius then pressured me to go upstairs without my boyfriend, which I found strange. After I informed Demetrius that my boyfriend would be coming to our locked apartment door with me, Demetrius left without saying anything else. We initially assumed he had gone to get his tools, but when I called a few minutes later to ask if everything was okay, he told me he was not willing to go upstairs with both of us and asked that only I, as a woman, go alone with him. After 10 pm on a cold Tuesday night, Demetrius answered our call for help with a lockout, he was understanding and clear on his cost and the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a locksmith.
