Mark at Ace Locksmith was great to work with. He came out to assess my door lock issue. Handles for entry door were constantly loose and sometimes would fall off. He placed an order for what he thought would be a replacement but upon second visit realized it would not work. He and his boss did some research and ordered the proper replacement spindle. Mark installed it this week and it’s much better! I appreciate that they took the time to find a solution for our issue. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and always on time. Highly recommend. 👍🏻😊

We purchased a new lock and preferred to have some install it than suffer through the DIY. I called Ace and they sent someone out within the week. He did a perfect job and did it so quickly (30 minutes!). We were very pleased and will definitely be using them again.

John and Ace are the absolute best. I can’t speak more highly of then. Class act. Stand behind their work and are very courteous. They even gave me suggestions for more secure options if I want in the future but were not pushy. We moved in and had a lot of locks rekeyed or installed.

On January 29, 2025 I was locked out of my condo. I called Ace and they responded quickly. Mark Page couldn’t get my door open. So he tried my alternative door which had a large heavy piece of furniture in front of it, but was open. Mark pushed enough so I could get through. After I was in he pushed again, I don't know why and many expensive decorative pieces fell smashing them. I have sent them the requested pictures and quotes I got from the companies that sell them. There was a Herend and a Jonathan Adler. There were several other pieces that broke. I didn’t submit them since they were a lesser value, but maybe I will now. Mark wouldn’t take payment because of the losses. It is now March 4, 2025 and I haven’t heard from the owner, Pete Castaldini at all. Very poor customer service. All

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Ace Locksmith. Our Emteck door bolt broke so i could not unlock our main front door. I want to caution people not to fall for the google listings that pop up as “best locksmith in Canton” etc. I knew what I was getting myself into but I called 2 of the top listings, which turned out to be call centers that forward the call to unlicensed independent contractors, who offered outrageously priced quotes for my small job, and then tried to pressure me into using them. Thank goodness I found an actual small business in Ace. Their locksmith, John was terrific and highly skilled. I highly recommend Ace Locksmith in Norwood!
