Ben saved the day! We had a houseguest staying with us for free and they unfortunately chose to leave abruptly and not return our keys. We called Ben and he was here within the hour on a Friday night! Immediately he got to work and he even improved the quality of our locks by replacing two with smart locks so that they could not be picked. We are a cautious household, but we believe an ounce of prevention is definitely worth a pound of cure! We are grateful that Ben was so kind to come out on short notice. He worked quickly and his prices were reasonable, especially considering that we called him on such short notice on a weekend night. He did a great job and everything looks swell! We would highly recommend Ben!

Lost the key to my 07 Yukon, guys came out to my house and made me a few new keys, the old ignition key way always a little funky. He tore the key slot out cleaned it up and now the new keys work way better than the original. Absolutely enjoyed theses guys, down to earth, very polite and just good people. Will use them every time.

I got home late from work to find myself stuck outside my front door. The lock broke when I tried to unlock the door and would just spin without unlocking. Ben arrived within the estimated time given over the phone, provided a quote, quickly opened the door, and replaced the deadbolt lock with a new one in like 15-20 minutes. Very friendly and explained how I can re-key my lock if I wanted. Ben is great and made my rough day a bit better. Also, no unexpected fees and no problems throughout any of the process.
