Well, at first I thought it was great but then when I needed to call him again, he ignored the calls after 23 times in a week and when he did change out the thermostat the first time turns out it was never the thermostat so I paid $215 for a thermostat that was not needed when it ended up being the motor was dying, but he didn’t wanna come out and check the motor when I called numerous times And then I sent a check not for the full amount but to make payments and they turned around and sent the check back to me because they want payment in full instead of a few payments without any reason as to why So it seems that sometimes they’ll work with you when they want quick cash and then when they have to come out and try to do something a little bit more tougher than they want to ignore you and

Words cannot even explain how amazing Ace is. This company exemplifies the term customer service. From the evening John came out and diagnosed the issue and today when Josh and his crew installed our new unit, everything was again, just amazing!! Ace is now my go to company for everything HVAC. Thank you for everything!!!

Over the summer my AC was having trouble and I was told it needed to be replaced by a different company, I decided to wait because winter was around the corner. Winter comes and furnace starts having trouble. I found Ace just by googling, and couldn't be happier that I did. Not only where they able to come out on a Sunday later at night to make sure we had heat overnight, their overall quote was much cheaper than others. In the summer I got a few quotes for just AC and Furnace, Ace quoted me for a more efficient Furnace, AC, water heater, and humidifier and were still cheaper than others. They were able to get me up and running within the next week and made the process very smooth. I can't recommend them enough!
