Ace Mechanical

My issue with this company is the lack of customer service. I had a plumbing issue and called my water insurance company American Water to look into it. They dispatched Ace Mechanical. Ace requested $175 to open the ceiling to see the problem. And that was it. I heard they had to see if the insurance would cover the repairs. It was pretty extensive and figured it would not be covered. But Ace never called me with a follow up (I can't use the shower or toilet until issue is resolved). I called insurance company and they said they would have Ace call me. No calls. I left messages on multiple phones, including the main business number. No answer, No return calls. Its been over 3 days and still no return call. I would have expected them to at least give me a quote on out of pocket costs. But i

I needed to replace my failing water heater and the Ace Mechanical staff came to the rescue! My experiences with Liz, Richard and JoAnn were phenomenal. These individuals were extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I am very pleased with this company and their work ethic. I highly recommend this company and I thank them for a job well done from start to finish! Hurray!!

Santiago and Elmer from Ace Mechanical came to my house through my HomeServe coverage. They were wonderful. They cleaned out my sewer line, cleaned up afterwards, showed me the roots they pulled and my clear line (yay!). They also explained if I have any issues within 20 days to call the office directly and they'll come back out. Super grateful for them and to have full use of my house again!

ACE Mechanical did an excellent job! Elmer and Santiago were wonderful. They were polite and knew exactly what to do with my problem. One of my Water pipes Burst during this freezing cold weather, they saw the Burst pipe and was able to replace it Quickly and professionally before any bad damage I would recommend Elmer and Santiago at Ace Mechanical for any Plumbing problem! Santiago and Emery were very respectful and listen to my concerns . They handled my kitchen drain snaking with kid gloves being careful not to pierce the pipe as AJ Perri had done when they came two years ago. I’m so grateful to get guys like that who are going to be attentive and responsive to the need of the consumer. They were also very clean and didn’t leave a mess.
