Ace Parking

All I can say is this is worse please to park, so don’t use it y’all if you overpass for like 5 minutes they will charge you a lot, they charge me 60 dollars, while I paid 12 dollars for 2 hours. It’s stupid and dumb 👎

Last week I parked in public spaces in front el Centro college on Main Street. The machine did not want to take my credit card so I paid by the app so there is really no physical proof you pay. I came back to find my car had a boot and had to pay $136 to get it off. They also take about an hour to get the boot off. I had to call and wait for a long time! This is theft! Do not park where it says public parking unless you have cash.

This is a one star review for Ace Parking, who manages the parking for the Crescent Office Building. The spots are either two narrow (either because they are trying to fit too many spots into a small space, walls, or pillars) to fit a normal size car, let alone an SUV or truck. When I brought up the condition of the area I pay hundreds of dollars a month to reserve, I was told that I can park under an entirely different office tower or move to a spot I won't be able to fit my car into. Shameful. The office building itself is really quite beautiful. They just need new parking management.

Paid for parking. Lots full. Figure it out. Don't sell more parking spots than you have. This isn't fair.

Paid for 72 hours of parking at 4:05pm, received a message stating my reservation would end at 2:05pm which means I'm being shorted 2 hours then I received a message after the first 24hrs that my reservation was ending and to create a new session. I tried calling the 24hr number between 2 different calls the same girl sent me to 2 different managers where I just got a voicemail each time, tried calling back 2 more times and the line just rang and rang and rang then went to voicemail. Luckily the resort we're at is understanding and I was able to send them the screenshots from the text messages about my parking reservation in order to avoid getting towed. Do better Ace Parking!
