Be careful where you park especially in downtown San Diego, even if you have handicapped plac, because you will get an envelope with a fine of $40 from them, they’re ACE, a private notorious company who owns plenty of lots here, ready to put you in a trap if you didn’t pay attention. This company is not authorized by any government agencies but since it’s their lot, you will make mistake, and since they’re not the police, they don’t give you a proper fine, just an tiny envelope with details about payment and their office, which is why I am here hoping to pay them directly, but they’re not professional in that department, they kept pointing you to a different direction, explaining that they don’t take payment in person, but you have to mail it in. The signs at the airport parking said 113+ spaces available when you pulled in. Come to find out, the crews were on sizer lifts inside the parking structure working on the system and EVERY space was full. After driving around and around looking for a space, I headed to the exits. Once I put my parking ticket in, it prompted me for payment. I pressed the call button and on came a woman named “Kelly”. She was beyond rude and after explaining what had just happened, she said without the slightest ounce of human emotion, “oh well, if you want to get out today, you need to insert your credit card and pay your bill”. I have season tickets for the Padres tailgate parking lot. It is disgusting. You need to spray EVERYDAY to get rid of the URINE SMELL. I AM PAYING TOP DOLLAR. ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT. YOUR PORTO POTTIES ARE CLEANER THEN THE LOT.

HORRIBLE customer service. Service hours are CST based when we are in PST, scam so people can't get in touch with them. Also when called to dispute a parking ticket, the woman on the phone told me to go online and fill out a form. Absolutely NO help at all! The ticket they gave me was for in a parking lot where THEIR signs were missing. Worst parking company and they are here just to rip people off left and right. Beware if you park in their lots.

13th street downtown SD by PETCOhas been completely over run by homeless. It took 45 min to pay so my husband missed first two innings. The homeless had strewn their clothing all over the fence and were shouting and carrying on to all people waiting to pay. One person threw something. The tents are jammed next to fence and the people with carts coughing and trying to sell things. It was the single most disgusting, filthy thing we have been in. Shame on ACE.
