ACE Parking Public Garage

I've only had positive experiences using the parking structure on a regular basis for almost a year, as well as working with Leah, the Operations Manager. I like the fact that there are so many spaces where I can park within the facility and it's at the heart of downtown attractions and eateries, as well as near where I work. Additionally, I've had a lot several interactions with Leah and she has always been responsive and very pleasant to deal with. For example, twice now I've forgot my key fob and had to pay for parking and Leah reimbursed me the same day I made the request to her. I also lost my key fob and it only cost $25 to replace it (my HOA charges $100!) and Leah had the replacement ready the same day. Clean, spacious, well lit, and has a lot of fast EV chargers. 2 stars for having no public restrooms and being a pain to get out of. We tried to pay for our ticket at two different pay stations, including the exit at Block 4, and they wouldn’t take our Mastercard or Visa card either through the physical card or Apple Pay. We had to scan the QR code on our ticket, pay online, then exit through a different block (our license plate got scanned). It’s also $30 for 4 hours of parking…

The reviews are true. I paid in advance, got the link from the Rady Shell website. Total joke. No one could get out. We considered ramming the gate to leave. A security guard from the building (not ACE) somehow lifted the arm temporarily to let us out after 20+ mins waiting

DO NOT PARK HERE here unless you want to be stuck for an hour. 0/10 stars. Honestly PREDATORY. I’m sure the intent is for people to pay $30 to get out even though they already pre-paid for parking.

Clean, modern structure, very safe and easy in and out. No problems exiting at all and much cheaper than other parking options.
