Ace Handyman Richmond really came through for me in a pinch. My home warranty for general repairs lapsed, days before my home had to go up for sale. Ace sent out Markus who not only knew exactly how to repair everything I needed but was knowledgeable enough to fix all of the items without needing additional materials. Ace was fast, affordable, and definitely a handyman service I would recommend to anyone.

Phone operator twice promised to call me back with details on my requested project by a specific time, and did not do so either time. If your company is not interested in my project, just tell me so. Don't be evasive and pretend that you are going to get back to me and then not do so as a way of getting rid of a potential customer. Edit after response: My very first question upon calling was if you service my area, to which she collected my address and stated yes, you do service my area. No estimate was ever provided (just general information on hourly rates and material costs) and I indicated multiple times that I was willing to be flexible on my budget. I contacted this company because I needed some work done. At first the lady called me back and set up an appointment for someone to come in and check out what I wanted done. The man came through and promised to send me some quotes but I have yet to hear from anyone. It's been about three weeks now. I have called several times with no answer or response. If you folks are having some company issues, let people know so they can stop calling like crazy. I'm just going to move on because I cannot wait for someone to decide to call me back when it is convenient for them.

Ace Handyman did an awesome job on remodeling our two bathrooms. They team was very professional and finished the work on time and at the budget they told us. We will certainly use them again in the future.
