Ace Superior Concrete

We had superior pour our basement for a band new build and we paid top dollar. One of the drivers drove a cement truck over or neighbors septic system after we asked them not to, we had 10 ft walls that were 10 in thick put in and we had cold seams throughout the whole basement and the walls were not straight. When my husband called to complain they were extremely rude and basicly said their was nothing they could do. After 2 years the walls already have a crack that runs from the top all the way to the floor and through 10in. When we called the company they told us it wasn't their problem. It is pretty upsetting when to spend over $20,000 on a basement and they can not even back their work. I would never recommend this company. Sorry.

Asked about cementing my pole barn floor and was told that he wouldn't give me a price until I gave him a $250 fee to come look at the job, and create a billing contract which would have to be paid up front before any work would be done on site. I told them the terms were unacceptable and he began cursing and yelling for me to get the F out and off his property.

Driver in their truck nearly hit me going 65 mph on 104 west. Have the plate number and video which Ill be reporting ASAP. Would love to follow up with any one in the company concerned that the people driving the company cars don't care about the lives of others.
