Bought a new door thru Sunrise door. First the pleasant woman who answers their phone ( I think her name is Mallory) is a joy to talk with. Plan on leaving a message when you call but don't be discouraged. I wasn't home but my wife was when they installed the door. She said they were polite and professional. They took their timevand kept testing the door to insure it worked properly. We went with a CHI door because they had the style we wanted. Seems to be a quality door. There is 2 different companies who sell the door locally. I got a quote from both and the other was quite a bit more. Glad we chose Sunrise as our door company.

I was looking for some garage door molding. the staff was very nice. let me in early and tried to match up some moldings. unfortunately theirs was off a little, but I would definitely give them my business in the future. They have 2 dogs that love the attention!. went back for another garage door product. they hooked us up with everything we needed. great customer service from a family owned business. thanks again

I was referred to Sunrise Doors from a friend and I have to say from the estimate to them installing the door has been nothing but a great experience. I did a lot of comparing prices and I have to say nobody came close. They are so professional and helpful. The gentleman, Mike, who installed the door was actually a pleasure to have around explained everything thoroughly made the entire process extremely simple. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a garage door.

Our garage door would get stuck about 1/4 of the way up in the colder months and was grinding. Derek came first thing in the morning and took care of the problem in 30 minutes and everything works like new. He was extremely friendly, professional, pleasant, and efficient! My wife are I are very happy to have a functioning garage door again. Their service both over the phone and in person are outstanding, especially considering what we are going through at this time. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone.

Had a fantastic experience with Sunrise Door & Woodworks. My husband and I recently purchased a home that had an existing garage door that was starting to fail. I wasn't sure if repair was possible or if we needed to replace the door. The Sunrise tech was prompt and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the issue and told me that while the door was reaching the end of its life, it was totally fixable for now and could last another 2-3 years no problem. They didn't try to pressure or upsell me. He was finished in about 45 minutes and the door is functioning great now. When I am ready to replace/upgrade, they will be my first call. Highly recommend their services!
