Ace Walco Termite & Pest Control

We just had our first Ace Walco treatment and I am so happy! We got rid of crappy Viking and when we had the original consult for Ace I was so impressed. They were knowledgeable and thorough and worked with us to do a monthly payment plan rather than the full first year like they usually have you do since we had just done that with the previous company. The guy who came for the first treatment knew exactly what we wanted based on the consult, and I didn’t have to say anything! He called 15 minutes prior to arrival so we knew when during the 2 hour window he would get there. He was friendly, explained what he was going to be doing, and got to work. It was so great! I was absolutely delighted with the service from Ace Walco today. I called this morning for a treatment on a listing. I've been waiting more than a week for another company to return my call. I was told that I would receive an estimate today for the work that needed to be done. I was shocked to when i received a call 20 minutes later to say the technician was on his way. Not only were they prompt but very efficient. It's nice to know you can rely on a local, family-owned business.

We had hundreds of yellow jackets in the wall and Lou explained all options and did a GREAT job removing them, which was no easy task. We’ve been customers for over 25 years and always very satisfied with Ace Walco.

We have been customers for about 30 years moving into abrand new home in 1996. We have had annual treatments (bait traps and hot spot treatments for carpenter ants) and have had Termite Inspections for a couple mortgage refi's. I have met the owner and his daughter on some of these visits and many young men doing the bait trap refills and treatments. All have been Outstanding and a great company to work with. Whenever i was concerned about sightings and ants in the house the company was out immediately to take care of things. The services from the front office have been flawless and timely as well. Recently had a Refi termite inspection and David Wilson, the inspector, was awesome, explained everything, congenial and just a great person, got the report completed ASAP and the off

We are 20+ year customers of Ace Walco. They do a great job with their routine indoor and outdoor checkup and preventative treatment. They also come promptly if we have a special issue like wasps etc. A few years ago we added the mosquito plan with excellent results. Once in a while other companies provide free estimates, but Ace Walco is still very competitive. We recommend them!
