I bought a house and never owned a home with a well before. Unfortunately, my well pump that was installed in 1979 failed on a day when it was only 4 degrees outside. I contacted a water testing company because it was the only contact information on my well. She recommended Ace Well & Pump who arrived first thing the next morning and then sent an entire team to analyze and repair the issue. I'm SO happy for the recommendation and could not be happier with the service. Everyone is extremely prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and quickly completed the repair at a fair price. Today our well pump decided to conk out just as we were leaving for church. I called Ace Well & Pump expecting to get an answering machine on Sunday. Instead, my call was picked up on the second ring by a real person who connected me immediately with a service technician who took my information and headed right over. Carl and Michael were at my house in record time and fixed my problem with skill and professionalism. Now I understand why they came so highly recommended by three different people. I’m am thrilled that they are the ones that I called.

It was 6:17 am the day after Christmas. I had no water! Thought it was an old breaker. Changed that. Was not the problem. Now quarter to 8. Went and got a new presure switch. No breaker still popping. Called Ace pump at 10:07. Carl and his team were here at 10:32. They knew exactly 💯 what my issue was, I needed a new well pump. In cold fridged weather, they installed it. I had running high pressure water by quarter to 12. Thank God. My wife and I are so thankful for Carl and his team. I was showerd and to work by 1:18. Thank you Ace Well and Pump. Your the BEST!!!
