I had a last minute urgent situation happen with my septic overflowing. I called Septic Experts at 4:55 pm (they close 5pm) and Kim was very nice and helpful, the whole call lasted for about 25 minutes to try to find a solution. Someone came 8 am the next day, even though they were already booked up until the following day. Most customer representatives would've given an attitude for calling so last minute and hoping for a quick service.. I will 100% continue to use this company for future services. Thank you.

My 350 gallon 1984 1st gen plastic pump tank deformed. Code says you need a 1300 gallon tank for some reason. They installed a new plastic tank and stared at it for a while . A half an hour later a truck came with a cement one and took the new plastic one away. There is few feet of fill over it. It was the right call and cost them extra time and money to do that. True septic experts.

I don't trust this company. They were very helpful in the beginning after they installed a pumps that kept dying. They never found the root of the problem and then gave us a very expensive quote for a problem we didn't have. When we tried to reach out after the quote was given we never heard from them again. My husband was able to figure out the problem and fix it for less than $100.

Two BIG thumbs up! Kim in the office was incredibly helpful - I called, explained my situation and she was on it! She immediately sent Joe over to take a look and then scheduled my service for that afternoon AND arranged for the electrician to be there at the same time so I wasn't sitting around waiting. This was the first time I used Septic Experts and I was tremendously impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and the fair price charged. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!

From start to finish I’m so relieved I chose this company (& canceled another). Kim won me over with her integrity and providing me with valuable information as a consumer. She was able to arrange service for exactly when I needed it. On top of understanding a bigger picture of what to expect and what might be needed, the expected price was much better than elsewhere. Fair expectations were set; we weren't sure where and how deep my septic cap was located so there were variables. The day of service Josh was on time, found the cap immediately, did a great job and provided me with more valuable information about my system. I ended up paying even less than expected! This company not only has integrity but is professional and has very fair pricing. I am a very happy first time customer and
