After more than 9 years of searching for a contractor who would do a tub to shower conversion; we finally found a winner! Tom was professional, polite, honest ,and reasonable. Him and his crew were respectful of our home and pets (all 4 of them) and took great care doing our project. He kept us informed along the way and made sure we were satisfied during the entire process. We could not be happier with the results and will be using him going forward on our projects big or small. When my tub drain was clogged, I called several plumbers in Bremerton. None were available in less than a week, except Tom. Tom came promptly and quickly sorted out the drain. He accepts cards and checks and cash. And his charge was very reasonable.

The professionalism, communication, and implementation I got from this crew were unmatched. I have done the legwork and taken a snapshot of the local market for plumbing work in the area. I really can't say enough positive things about my experience with Ace Works. I told Tom that I needed to replace my hot water tank, he came out the very next day to do it. The estimate he gave me was clear and accurate. No surprises or upselling at all. Most importantly, the work he did was outstanding. He took care in protecting my property, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and tested everything when he was done. It's becoming rarer and rarer to come across fair and honest professionals like Tom these days. On top of all that, I really enjoyed talking with him, he's just a great guy and I feel lucky to have found him.
