I would highly recommend this company and their wonderful staff for your inspection. I have used Allegiance/Highland Inspection over the years for two properties. They have always been prompt, thorough, and efficient. The report is detailed and clearly stated--a great tool, especially when finding a contractor is necessary in the home buying or selling process. With them, you can trust the work is being done right.

We used Allegiance Home Inspection because they came highly recommended by our friends. They did an AMAZING job. It was our first time purchasing a home. We were looking for a duplex that needed some fixing up so we could use it as an investment property. Not only did Kyle walk us through the property, but he also gave us tips on what we could do to improve the home ourself. His insights on the home were extremely useful in determining if the property was a good buy or not. Since moving in we have had ZERO surprises. Kyle's report was very thorough and he sent it to us the same day as the inspection.

Kyle is professional, timely and worked great with my family and I. As first time home buyers, we did a lot of research and called around to quite a few companies. Kyle and Allegiance Home Inspection seemed to be the most concerned with what I wanted and needed in my home inspection. It was truly a wonderful experience. The inspection itself was conducted wonderfully and his knowledge was apparent. I brought professionals along with me as well, both impressed with his knowledge and humility. Feel great knowing that you can trust him for your inspection needs and feel confident referring clients to him knowing they are in good hands and will receive transparent communication throughout the entire process. Great communication from the business before and after the inspection. Easy to book online, but when I called with a question, their receptionist was eager to assist, and even gave me some recommendations for an outside septic inspector. Kyle, our home inspector, did a thorough job, was very polite, arrived early, and gave us a much better insight into what we might be buying than we could have gleaned on our own. I will happily call them again when we're ready to make another offer on a home.

Kyle and his team were absolutely amazing. Kyle was incredibly detailed and thorough in his report with great photos detailing what he was mentioning. I will definitely be using Allegiance for future home inspections and happily refer clients to them! Update 8/2/18 Today Travis came to inspect a home that we are purchasing. Travis was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions in detail. I am so thankful for Allegiance!
