We've been wanting new Quartz countertops in our kitchen for many years, and this year was finally the year to do it. We had looked around at the "big box" stores and were not pleased with the lack of customer service. On a whim, I looked up Aceno, and the reviews were so positive, we just had to check them out - and are we glad we did! We visited the showroom and were instantly in love with the place. We were looking for a piece of granite for our fireplace hearth. We stopped at Aceno and soon after set up an appointment for measurements and digitally designed layout possibilities. Within a couple of weeks the delivery was made and installed. The guys who worked with us were very conscientious and down to earth. Communication was easy, installation was seamless. We loved our experience and love our granite hearth!

We went to several other countertop companies before we discovered Aceno. The thing we liked best was that Aceno truly is one stop shopping. Emily handled everything from picking a surface to sink to sub contractors like tile installer and plumber. We found fabulous Brazilian granite that creates a bold exotic look to our kitchen. The turnaround time was quick. John, Randy, and Al did the installation perfectly two days ago. Petersen plumber Brian Garlock took care of all of our plumbing needs, and Salud, the tile man, is preparing the walls for the backsplash. We recommend Aceno completely. They are a true pleasure to work with.
