Jimmy and Jamyn were awesome! Both were very professional and knowledgeable about their job and when I needed help they were able to make me a priority. We had a grease trap back up in our restaurant space and they went above and beyond to schedule me the same day I called, knowing how stressed I was for help! They made sure I was educated about how the trap works and how it backs up so easily with the amount of grease it produces and had me on a rotating schedule so I don’t have to worry about it. They both checked in and made sure I was having no issues and let me know I can contact them when I need them! Both are hard working and very friendly, I would recommend them every time!

I believe they made adjustments to be able to accommodate my need. Jimmy from rotor rooter was great from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was very easy to talk to and shared helpful information to prevent issues going further with our main sewer line. Very fair price and will be using again for future problems.
