We had a fantastic experience with A.C.E.S. installing our new geothermal WaterFurnace system. Zach was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. The installers were professional and friendly, and the entire job was done in just two days! The system is quiet, comfortable, easy to use, and already saving us money compared to our old propane and electric setup. Plus, it's great knowing we're doing something good for the environment. ACES is the absolute best! They installed our Geothermal heating unit in our 1890s home about 10 years ago. This replaced our dirty and old fuel furnace that was using smelly and expensive fuel. When we decided to get Geothermal, we interviewed many of the large corporations in the Rochester area and you could tell they did not know what they were doing and did not do geothermal very much, if at all. When we called ACES we immediately knew we had called the right place. Not only were they able to answer every single question we had but they thought about our individual home and unique needs and designed our system to fit our exact specifications. Great crew. They were super good to work with on the geothermal install so I used them again for solar. They did a nice job on the geothermal and were super responsive a year later when the well had an underground pressure buildup and blew out the top. They immediately came back and installed a vent. System works great. So far, they’re doing a nice job on the solar install, although it’s a surprisingly drawn out process — that may just be my yard that requires underground concrete and set times though.

Extremely happy with service. Excellent communications. Discussed our geothermal system issues with Benzo during initial phone call and it was determined that a house call was required. Benzo came out the same day, had a spare pump in the car, and was able to fix in a short time. I had a few questions regarding the system and Benzo took the time and thoroughly addressed my questions. Very professional, and well, simply nice. So glad we had our system installed (and maintain) our system with ACES.

He also took the time to explain the system, which was greatly appreciated. Aces Energy's promptness, professionalism, and expert preparation saved us from losing heat.
