We used ACI for precast concrete stairs for our apartment community. Daryll was courteous and efficient. He was able to get us the product that we needed a great price and much quicker than competitors.

We contracted with Darryl Avery with a vague ideal to add railings to our front porch. He help to design an very attractive solution. The installation was very professional. He was on time and kept his word. An honest man and very skillful and knowledgeable. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Darrel signed a custom order with a no cancellation policy and no refund. Then paid the deposit. Then days later realized he ordered the wrong size. We had already made half the order. Then he filed a dispute on the charge saying he hadn't received his product after telling me he didn't agree with our terms. We stopped the order and offered to switch sizes but he had to take the tread we had already made according to his terms. That is when he disputed the charge.

I had a very good experience with ACI Supply. There were metal steps to an upstairs rental apartment that needed a lot of welding repair. I had previously tried to get another mobile welder to do the job, but he could not get to it in the timely manner that he had first promised. I called ACI Supply and spoke with Mr. Avery. He was able to do the job in a timely manner and the repairs were thorough. He communicated to me before the work was done and during the repair. He did more than I expected at what I think was a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and hope to do business with him in the future.
