Acker Heating & Cooling

Technician came to look at error code on unit. After unwiring dampers the unit stopped working. The tech left the unit in worst shape and left panel off outside unit. Called owner to discuss $1200 labor bill for changing a board that needed to be ordered. Owner said it was not under warranty, the money was for the board not labor. Not sure if anyone knows what's going on. All this after a $35000 dollar install. I've had condensate floods, control malfunctions, problem after problem. Ill be giving someone else my business, that appreciates my business.

We are very pleased with Acker. Recently had them install a new heat pump. They had it installed the same week our old unit went out. . Their service is excellent. They always respond quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful to Answer our questions and are eager to help. We can depend on Acker for good products and services. Highly recommend. He was able to troubleshoot my system and fix it the same day when others failed and left us without heat on some very cold days recently. 100% recommend.
