Restore Pros

Highly recommend Restore Pros. Our insurance company recommended them when we had water damage. Our first contact was with Jeff Davis and he talked us through the mitigation and then the restoration process. Everyone we worked with at Restore Pros including—Tate, Chris, and David— was very professional and did a great job. We appreciated that they communicated ahead of time what to expect and then when the work would be done. Communication is key when dealing with a big project. The final result was beautiful.

Such a great experience with Restore Pros. They were extremely responsive when we discovered a water leak in our basement. They were able to get to our house within an hour and get the cleanup started quickly. They were also professional and patient with us as we navigated the repair process of flooring, walls, etc. Highly recommend these guys. Great work and great people!

We didn’t have a great experience and it’s not over yet. We used them because of a recommendation from our insurance. There have been issues with payment, someone communicating any updates with me, etc, but night and day difference from PALM that we will end up using. Restore pros left tact strips, house a mess, etc. pretty unprofessional compared to how well the other company handled things. They also will not go to bat for you with the insurance company. We will not be moving forward with them on the repairs for this reason.
