Ackley Floor Covering

Ami has been extremely helpful with many jobs. I have hired Ackley and had Ami as my flooring salesperson; we have had great outcomes every time. She goes the extra mile to make sure satisfaction is exceeded, and my customers are always taken care of.

Driving my kids to daycare this morning going 5mph over the speed limit next thing I know one of their employees in a company van was almost touching my bumper. What made it worse is they had a child in the front not in a car seat or restrained. Just sitting on ladies lap. You guys must hire some bright people. Kid could go flying through that window. Well a week later and the same guy in the same truck driving recklessly and on my bumper. You guys seriously fire him before he hurts someone

This is great flooring company to work with top to bottom. Jason was great to work with from start to finish, and Brian did an amazing job on the install. I recommend giving these guys a shot before making your decision anywhere else. I'll definitely be having them do more work for me in the future.

I cannot recommend a contractor more than Ackley Flooring. During the derecho, like many, I was stuck with no contractor availability, severe damage, lost income, and no one followed through, even contractors with 50% down…. I lost a lot of money. Ackley flooring has not only done every single thing they said, they have always stood behind their work. Jason, Jim, Victor, Jane, Patti and the team have not only revived my business but they have earned my respect as a business during very difficult times. I don’t think I’ve posted many reviews but I just don’t know what I would have done without ackley… highly recommend them for flooring needs.

Unfortunately my experience was not great. Very disappointed in this business. I would not recommend if you cannot accommodate their hours.
