Big Mike was incredible. He went above and beyond, was courteous, and even fixed a pocket door for us to ensure safety for our kids. We can’t recommend him enough!

He did a wonderful job. He was time efficient and resolved the issues with the programming in a timely manner. Was apologetic for what had happened.

Brought in 3 keys to cut. 2 Motorcycle keys and 1 lockbox key. I brought 2 new $10 factory Honda blanks ordered online waited 2 weeks for. . Lockbox key cut to their blank didn’t work. One key cut for one of the bikes worked with their blank. I returned and they recut the 2 factory key blanks that didn’t work with their blanks in a different machine although the $20 worth of factory key blanks were scrapped, refunded for $7.XX. They could not cut the lock box key. Edited for clarity- It was clear that the cutting machine was not functioning properly both noted by Charlie and by the cuts made citing the clamp needed to be fixed on the cutting machine. My factory key blanks were perfectly correct and after they didnt work due to your poorly calibrated machine I returned and I advised that

I was referred here, due to my safety deposit box keys was not available at ACE…but he tried to manipulate the key and ended up bending the one side! ACME was worried my one key might not be able to handle the duplicating. I was happy he took the time to get it done, now I have 2 keys that work:) Thank you !!
