Can't say enough about the job Derek and his team did removing our very large Oak that had partially come down in a storm on our historic home. I had initially gone with another company that came one day, did a bunch of damage and never came back, once I got the guys from Acme out and saw professionals at work I realized what a mistake I had initially made. This was one of the biggest Oaks I've seen and it sat literally 2 inches off the back corner of our house in a tight space between ours and our neighbors houses in the historic district. The guys from Acme made it look easy, clearly many years of combined experience here, the whole team was great, good contact with Derek throughout the project. Excellent Service from Acme. Had 4 trees removed, power lines near and they arrived promptly, started work quickly, efficiently and safely and were done within 3 hours. Would probably never know they were there had it not been that I knew there were trees there before. I know they are extremely busy but when you want the best you may have to wait a little while. It was certainly worth the wait. Would never use anyone else. The crew was hustling around to get the job done and whatever needed to be done on the job the next guy just did it, no standing around for this crew. Thanks Acme and the crew.

I would highly recommend Acme Tree Service! The service quality and professionalism were outstanding! I have never seen a tree service so conscience about their clean up. Their rates were very reasonable and we will definitely use them again!

called in March and got an estimate within a week or so. then I was ignored for MONTHS!! kept being told the owner would call me but he never did. finally was given a schedule date of june 4th. They canceled due to weather and then called the next day claiming their equipment broke down and would be late. they never showed up. The day after that I called asking when they would be here. the lady on the phone said the owner would call me. never got a call. just like the many other times I was told the owner would call. call someone else who cares! Acme tree does not care about their customers time at all. I even told them I have a tree with a crack by my house and they never called back. My advice is to call someone else if you want your time and property to be respected

Did a nice job taking a tree out but failed to do follow up work as paid for. Don't pay them til its all done!
