John from Acme Ventilation was very professional and thorough in cleaning our vents. He patiently explained the cleaning process to my family, because we haven't gotten a cleaning in over a decade. He cleaned inside the vents as well as vent covers. John also went above and beyond by identifying a loose dryer pipe during his cleaning of the dryer vents and fixed it for us. They underquoted our price, $400 when it should have been $450 based on the square footage, but honored their misquoted price, and charged us $400. All in all an honest company with knowledgable and detail-conscious employees.
