If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would! This company is very legit, very professional, and very reasonably priced. I got my whole house rekeyed after a bad experience with another company in the area. Julio was my technician - he called in advance, clearly explained everything upfront, was very kind and courteous, and completed the job quickly. He also did me a huge favor and installed a new door handle, swapping around hardware between doors in the process. Thank you!!

Very nice and friendly fellow and is happy to meet to get keys made. Very few store front locksmiths these days for specialty keys and Acoma is thus, a good one choice for mobile service.

My patio door would not open. Acoma came and opened the door for me. They charged me $215 to open the door, but did not repair it. They told me they would source the replacement parts and to anticipate an expensive estimate repair, also, some of my first expense would be applied to the permanent repair. Instead, they never sent the estimate, and ghosted me. While they were on site, everything was pleasant and I was totally surprised when they never responded. I sent 3 follow-up emails ( days apart) asking if the estimate was forthcoming. I have since found the replacement parts on my own. And found someone else to do the work. Super nice lady that answers and try’s to help. She’s great. Seems all these other locksmiths are owned by one company or something but they price fix. I called 15 and you go through this centra dispatch and the first ‘tech’ gave my a price of $200 for 10 keys to be made! $200!!! Of course I said no and kept looking. They all said, “oh I see you were already quoted $200. That’s the price.” Called Acoma and Mario came up and made me 10 commercial key and it was $66.66! They all work fine.

They are definition of a great small business. I came to them with a safe I needed open and a key made, they opened it but could not make the key. They let me know where to go online to get the key and sent me on my way, no charge. I will absolutely use them in the future for all my locksmith needs.
