We hired Acorn to do our siding in 2018 and hired them again in 2024 to replace our roof. Working with Mike, Mary and his team have been nothing short of amazing! They are very hands on, thorough (especially with explaining everything that needs to be done), efficient, and the work of their team is outstanding! We will always recommend Acorn to anyone that needs work done to their homes.

Our home needed new siding, along with a complete tear-down of the original cedar shakes that were still *under* the existing siding (which meant we never had a proper vapor wrap or flat-mounted insulation under the siding). Mike and his company are the rarest of the rare: Their price was the best of the several we'd gotten estimates from, while offering the same heavier grade of siding and an extra option that no other contractor offered: blown insulation in the wall cavities that we could get *in addition to* the foam panels on the outside. That would bring our home's walls to R15 instead of the usual R2 or R3 from panels alone. We got the blown insulation in April, but had until September for the siding job to be done, due to the weather messing up so many possible weeks for folks ahea

Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend them enough. We were looking to get insulation added in our home's attic space. Acorn was recommended to me by a friend after searching for 6 months, and we are thrilled to have found the company. Not only was the initial quote very fair, but Mike also provided some safety details and tips as we were walking through the home. We have an older home, built in the 1930s, so this was very helpful as we are first time home owners. During the installation, the team was prompt, courteous and clean. They were communicative about the process and what it would entail. We could feel a difference immediately after completion which was done in 1 day. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Acorn for our next big home project.
