Burns Water Damage Restoration

These guys fixed a water leak that had been caused by an apartment above me. It was not their fault that this project took a while to complete. Most of the delay came from the insurance companys approval process. These guys were very helpful throughout the entire project, from the initial mitigation work, which required the removal of drywall, to the final rebuild. They coordinated with my insurance provider to make sure everything was covered and worked with my HOA on scheduling. I paid out of pocket for some bathroom improvements (shower door), during the final reconstruction, because I was happy with their work. Fernando and Jesus were very helpful in the rebuild. I would like to thank Matt Strong, who was my project manager. They are definitely worth using again!

Bridger responded quickly and was attentive. He came straight over to my house after my first call and inspected my crawlspace. The quote he provided was reasonable and the work was scheduled promptly. Bridger & Finn did an excellent job in a very short period of time. They were polite and kind. It was the best deep cleaning experience I've ever had. From Mike's estimation and his attention to detail for a really difficult clean, to Jose's amazing team of professionals and skilled workers. They did a miracle. The pricing was very fair and the communication from home office was excellent. It's impossible to ask for more.

Excellent response time! They have been used many times to deal with fires and flooding. It is difficult to deal with these situations in your own home. After Hurricane Michael, they did a wonderful job. The roof was torn from our home and we had water damage. They removed the soaked material and damaged property, dried them out and added an anti-microbial coating to stop further damage. We were grateful. Jamal Joe and were very professional and friendly.
