Linda came, gave me a fair quote to take down 11 dead and diseased trees, and it was done later the same day. I asked to have my ash tree left as rounds to use as firewood. She said the hemlock is not good for firewood so they chipped those and hauled it off. Unfortunate how many species are dying due to invasive pests.

Linda gave us an appointment for tree service for this past Saturday. As it got later into the day and no one came, we called her. Well it turned out no one was coming because they had no where to "dump their chips" but assured my husband they would be there Sunday at 8 a.m. No one came and we called at 8:30. Linda said she never said that and no one was coming. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Failed to prune trees according to initial discussion. Lost all privacy and very unhappy.

Many listings, all to be avoided. There is no accountability here. Save yourself the headache.
