Called and placed an order on the phone. My crew came in to pick it up, and instead of making sure they picked up the right order they sold them a separate order. Then I asked to refund the origin order and they charged a restocking fee. Poor customer service.

Great company to work with - they were honest with providing a quote for flashing skylights and in not trying to sell new skylights when the current ones have years left of use.

I dont give reviews very often but this company is as professional and knowledgeable as it gets. Ordered skylights from them several times and I'm never disappointed by their service.

Very reasonably priced and quick service. Very helpful and provide you with multiple options in getting you the skylight needed to complete the job.

This place is the best for great prices and custom fabrication in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Acra-Lite more in the future!
