Across Town Movers

Crosstown Movers was the worst moving company we have dealt with in 24 years of military service. They fraudulently applied false damage codes to our itemized sheets during our TMO pack-out, knowing it would prevent us from filing claims later. Our furniture was only 10 months old and in excellent condition, yet they marked it as damaged to protect themselves. This behavior is dishonest and exploitative, especially toward military families. We are filing an IG complaint because companies like this should not be allowed to contract with the military. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Daniel and David did such an amazing job packing up for our PCS! They moved all of our items with care and were so respectful. They wrapped everything up nicely and got done pretty quickly! We are definitely Very satisfied and would use this company again!

Across Town Movers were easy to work with. They handled my goods with competence, were always responsive by phone and email, and were overall a pleasure to work with. Evan was especially helpful. Their prices were fair and policies reasonable. I recommend them for moving and storage.
