Action Air

I've been using action air and Mike for 20 years. He's always been reliable and charges a fair price. Whenever there was an emergency, he promptly responded. I recommended him to many friends and family, and they've always been very pleased with the work provided by his company. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate having a good fair and reliable air-conditioning expert!

Called on a Monday morning for some thermostat issues. The person who answered my call was friendly and was able to schedule me the same day with a 10 AM to 12 PM window. The technician arrived at 10:10 AM, (amazingly on time) was friendly and courteous. He was able to explain the issue and fixed it within 15 to 20 minutes. Charged the typical service fee. I asked about servicing my AC units while he was here, and the technician was kind enough and honest enough to state that it was too early in the season to do this and would be better waiting another month or two until it warmed up. Not sure other companies would advise someone to hold off on doing a service when the time is more appropriate as opposed to doing it right at that very moment to up-charge a customer. Kudos to their honesty.

Action Air has truly impressed us with their outstanding service. They replaced our old AC systems and installed a third system in another property. Their response time is incredibly fast, and their team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Mike, in particular, stands out by always answering his cell phone whenever we call. The entire process, from the initial job visit to the quote and installation, was smooth and efficient. Initially recommended to us, they quickly earned our trust through every interaction. We highly recommend Action Air—a solid 10 out of 10!

We recently had our 20 year old air conditioning unit replaced and had a great experience working with Mike and his assistant from Action Air , both very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly, also felt the price was fair for a Trane new unit. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Mike and William did an excellent job with replacing our old HVAC. They were very punctual, professional and pleasant to deal with. Mike, the owner was very honest and did not try to upsell us on a system we did not when, he came out for the estimate. His fee for the system was very reasonable and difficult to beat. I can understand and appreciate his high reviews. Thanks for the wonderful job!!
