Action Garage Door

I called in the afternoon and spoke with the receptionist at Action Garage Door. I was greeted with the warmest welcome over the phone. She took down a few details and scheduled service for the very same day. The installer, Mr. Lee, called to let me know when he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived, he met with my wife and me, listened to our concerns about the door, and provided options without any sales pitch or pressure to upgrade. He did a spectacular job repairing our garage door, replacing all the bearings and springs. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great care. I would highly recommend Action Garage Door. Thank you for resolving our issue so promptly. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you for your service.

We thought we had a simple repair to our garage door roller and hinge and discovered with Will’s help we had a broken spring and damaged panels. Will provided excellent customer service and great communication throughout the service call. He helped out us get our car out of the garage even though the door was broken and very heavy. Will walked us through the process of ordering a new garage door. He put us at ease. Yes, it was money we were not expecting, but so worth it in the end. We ended up with a better insulated door, better rollers, and a longer lasting spring. The two gentlemen who installed the garage door were very efficient, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. We love our new door. It is quiet, goes up and down so smoothly. We've used Action Garage Door on all our homes here in Idaho and have always been happy with their service. The experience today was no different. I called because our 2-car garage door was making some squeaking noises. Kat took the call from Action Garage Door and was able to get me a same day appointment (very impressed). Austin was the service technician that showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. On top of that, he recommended (at some point) we consider changing the rollers to a 2” premium roller with a sealed bearing, on at least the 2-car and the single car garage doors. No pressure from him, just a future recommendation. We chose to have the work done on both doors and could not be happier with the choice. The doors roll so much smoother and are so much quieter. Chris and Braden arrived on time and quickly determined the issues with my garage door and opener and the remedy for them. The door and opener are 16 years old, so it's time to make needed repairs. Action Garage Door are thorough, clean, and reasonably priced. Am happy with my experience.
