Adam was my service technician. I had 10 doors to be serviced with 4 units that needed to be replaced. He was professional and proficient. He gave me my most cost effective options. At the end of the day, I would use Action Overhead doors again.
I had Action replace my garage door opener keypad and door strip as well as general maintenance. This is the second time I’ve hired them. They were responsive, competent and professional. They completed both jobs within the time for the base price for a visit - no upsell, or price gouging. My neighbors have had similar experiences.
Adam did a terrific job installing two garage doors for us. His work was tidy and quick. He finished both doors in about 3 hours. We’re very happy with the work.
I highly Action Overhead Door! Their communication and service are 100%. I dealt with them for a non-emergent issue during a snow storm and they were very communicative about when they would be back. Their service tech, Adam, went above and beyond for the install and explaining everything. I am very happy with the overall cost and outcome.
