This place is amazing! Everyone was so nice, and went above and beyond. I had been emailing with Russ about getting some pressure washing equipment to start my own business. I never got to meet him in person, but I got to work with his whole team and they were A+ 100%. Super knowledgeable and outfitted me with everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. The ladies in the office to the boys in the back were simply amazing. I never got to see or meet Russ(would have been cool), but he has a good selection of product and an even better team. I wish this place was closer to where I live but I’m sure I’ll be back.

South side equipment is a go to shop for all your power washing needs. Great customer service and very knowledgeable in what you need. Had a small issue and they was quick to resolve it promptly and professionally. And I really enjoy the fact I get my packages usually the next day after it ships out. Thanks again team south side!

This is a fantastic company. I called at the last minute to get some equipment sent out that I needed to have. The product was at my house the next day. A piece was missing, and they sent it out without any issue. Great people to work with and I will order from them again!

Only place I order from. I just recently placed a small order last week that had not been delivered. I always receive their shipments within 1-2 days. Come to find out, FedEx mis-shipped my package and it ended up in Oregon instead of Ohio. I called Southside Equipment and they quickly sent me a new order free of charge with a new tracking number. Best customer service hands down!!
