Chris Sparks, called about thirty minutes before and showed up when he said he would. He didn't waste any time getting started, his work looked very professional. He made the attempt 3-4 times to remind me that if we had any problems to let you know. He also asked serval times if I had any questions or concerns. Very pleasant experience with Chris.

Worst customer service & they take advantage of tenants. My land lord Gave me their number to deal with them directly I have had Mole problems they came and set traps more than 3 months ago and never came back. Called this morning since I still have Mole issues their rep was rude said a.) there service is not guaranteed b.) They can't do anything about it. I later asked to speak to the owner who rudely said I did not pay for the service so I should not be complaining. The call ended with him swearing, calling me names saying I need to get a life. Trully the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They also lied saying they did come back numerous time to set the traps which is untrue I have a gate in my yard and nobody can access without a key. And for the last 2 months their traps
