Giving one start because I can't give zero. Their plumber fixed an issue under our sink and caused a small leak in our drain. We requested it be fixed without charge. Someone from their administration department clearly had us mixed up with another customer and sent an explanation that had nothing to do with our issue. The plumber came and fixed it and even said it was likely he bumped the pipe. Later we received an invoice for almost $200. Totally unimpressed, never going back, don't recommend, very poor customer service.

I called Action on Oct. 22, 2025 to get some new thermostats installed. They sent their senior hvac guy out. There are 4 suites in our house and we wanted 3 thermostats installed. The scope of work was not what he could do. So he said he would have to get the boss(Dave) involved. I finally got an email on Dec 11 saying that I need to schedule an appointment with Dave on a Thursday. But since it was the end of the year they wanted to close out this open work order and send out an invoice. I emailed back asking what the invoice was for, that they had not done anything. They invoiced me $228.38 for the hvac specialist to wander around my house telling me what kind of system I had. I already knew what kind of system I had.
