I don't recommend calling on a Monday morning... I called hoping to get my cold storage unit checked over before the first start of the season, and possibly inquire about moving the little compressor to a more convenient location. When they picked up, I asked a usual, "hello, how are you", they told me they "don't have time for chit chat". Then once I explained the services I require, they were oddly suspiscious as if my cooler unit/building doesn't exist, then after asking a bunch of doubtful questions he told me he will not take any new clients, wasting both of our time. Very unprofessional behavior and not how I was expecting to be treated as a potential customer.. I called someone else.

We are so grateful to Dave, for coming out on the Canada Day long weekend to fix our air conditioning unit! He saved the weekend for us and our pups!! Lovely man and he certainly knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable and professional!

We called Dave in at our place of business to repair our ice machine. Dave was prompt, professional, and courteous; he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable at what he does. Dave only did what had to be done in repairing our ice machine, and it is working 100% now. In the past we have gone through our share of technicians only to have less than satisfactory results, that resulted in us having to pay someone else to redo their repair work. I called Dave at Anarchist Mountain Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, when it was 34 degrees...going into a long weekend and my A/C stopped blowing cold! Everyone’s nightmare! Dave picked up the phone at 6pm at night (personally) and was at my place by 7pm to assess and determine a plan. Followed up with a detailed email and photos of what the problem was and suggested parts that would be required to repair. Said he would order for 8am the following day. He did so and followed up with some bad news, that fan motor was 3-4 weeks out given a US supply. What would next steps be? He was able to find an alternative solution to modify another fan motor to get us back up and running as soon as possible. I have worked with Dave over the last year for a couple of our business locations. Dave's attention to detail is second to none. Bailed us out after hours again last night. Highly recommend if you need a business with great service.
