Called Action plumbing after the freeze storm with sewer backing up in the house. As busy as everyone is Mr Hatfield not only answered the phone, but managed to work me in his schedule. Awesome customer service, very polite and professional and had me up and running the next day. Very fair pricing, and I will be using Action as my go to from now on!
Called on a Thursday to get pressure check on gas pipe for inspection by city. Literally 45 minute job. Was told he could do it next week but when I called at 3:30 the next Thursday he told me he just got another job to do on Friday and wouldn’t be able to do it. That was my unpleasant experience with Action Plumbing.
Action Plumbing, Marshall, TX has helped me with several incidents -- always promptly and fairly. I won't use any other company.
