A+ to Iliff Heating & Air in Marshall, Tx. We bought an older home in 2017 with 5 a/c-heat units. Good service hard to find until we met Shane Iliff. Over the next 6 years we have routinely received excellent maintenance, repairs when a unit could be fixed, and excellent complete replacements (only when necessary) never high pressure sales. Each and every time great communication, great service. We highly recommend Shane Iliff for his honesty, his knowledge, his dependability, and his service. He works very hard to please his customer. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Seldom does one find true customer service, trustworthiness, and dependability these days. But Shane is the real deal and a great blessing! He is kind, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and completely reliable… and has gone above and beyond to keep my older heat and air units running well and help problem solve some additions I made to my home. I have used him for many years and recommend him highly.
