Call the night before, the next morning bright and early. They set an appointment and came out. Joshua and Dylan took care of our garage door. Installed a new one cleaned everything up and did a wonderful job. Very happy. They were also totally professional and polite

Customer service severely lacking, the attitude from Andrea the "A" in B&A Doors, they messed up the appointment, it was supposed to install Doors, not a repair. No apology just attitude. Of which I called them to confirm 2 days before. Guess they didn't feel the need to inform the client when they were going to be on the schedule. Josh the installer very professional paid attention to the little details.
