Action Plumbing

Do not use. Called them out because this is who my home warranty company uses. Leak under the slab. Quoted me $6500. Just had the repair made for $1100 be a good plumbing company. You be the judge.

Quentin came out to our home for a plumbing issue with the kitchen sink and the issue was resolved. He is very professional and was kind enough to be patient with us in scheduling and providing clarity on the issue we had. I would recommend Action Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing repairs! He communicated efficiently via phone and text and was very patient. I totally would encourage future customers to give this company a chance! I’m very pleased with the work and would use the company services again!

I'd like to share our recent experience of using this company for some inside and outside plumbing and electrical work. OUTSTANDING! Fair pricing, very knowledgeable, dependable, and great at communicating. From start to finish and even a few questions and concerns we had afterwards, everything we had done was great. The owner him self showed up every day exactly when he said, and the little helper he had really seemed to be a hard worker. There vehicles seemed to be pretty organized and the equipment looked to be in good condition. We had some issues with a few faucets once everything was hooked up that they took the time to troubleshoot and fix in a timely manner. Overall we had a really great experience and had a great feeling during the process. We would definitely recommend them.

We've now used Action Plumbing several times and let me tell you, they've saved us money multiple times. They will help you navigate complicated situations that arise from your home warranty company, and are great about being honest and up front about how things can be fixed and how you can save money. The difference in cost between projects they've completed for us versus what other companies wanted to charge are very substantial. They don’t even deserve one star. Unprofessional, liars, and thieves! Late to service my stoppage issue, lied saying I need a cleanout installed when one was clearly installed, and never made a real attempt to fix the problem. AHS didn’t help either even saying it’s been passed 7days even though it’s documented that I’ve been calling and explaining to the issue. Had another plumber look at the problem and said it’s an easy fix. Would not recommend this plumbing company to my worst enemy. They’re flat out pathetic!!!
