Best Buy

I had to go in the evening time (around 7 pm) and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and attentive the workers were! There were several young guys working and I was asked if I needed help multiple times. One was very knowledgeable in computers and accessories and helped me tremendously make decisions I wasn't sure on for new computer and work equipment. As well as very informative on protection plans, return options, etc. I was then helped to my vehicle instead of having to make two trips by myself in the dark. Good options in stock on all that I was looking for. Ended up getting a great early Black Friday deal too. Overall, great experience!

Service is not the same. Employees don’t care at all about your business, it’s a vibe in the entire store. I had one kid help me out and he was great, sold me a laptop in a quick pinch in September. If I can get his name I’ll bump up the star dating. Because he’s the first helpful person to take care of me at our local Best Buy.

I used store pickup twice. Both times it was hassle free. Easy parking, quick response and very secure verification unless someone had stolen your phone. In that case, nothing protects you. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I never went into the store.

We went to check out Best Buy's Black Friday deals for laptops. The staff was helpful and we were able to find what we were looking for. They showed us everything and we were able to compare other products as well. We are happy with the purchase.

Bought an HP printer and cartridges. Set it up and it worked fine. Returned from a trip and it won’t print in color. No support from HP. Went to the Best Buy store with printer and receipt. Discovered that the unit we bought was evidently in the wrong box (different model). Our printer doesn’t match the receipt information. Manager in the store said he couldn’t help and said that he would give me a number to customer service that could help me. First call - 30 minutes and got hung up on. Second call 25 minutes— I told him previous call was hung up. He promised to call me back if disconnected. Got hung up on- no call back. Third call- asked for supervisor…hung up on. Fourth call - representative (supervisor)said they were “online customer service” and couldn’t help with “in store” purchases
