Action Plumbing

I am extremely disappointed with Action Plumbing. I paid $1,700 for work that was never completed. After receiving my payment, they did not return to finish the job. When I tried multiple times to contact them to resolve the issue, they completely ghosted me and even blocked my phone number. There was no explanation and no effort to make this right. As an older homeowner simply trying to get necessary work done, this experience has been stressful and unfair. I strongly warn others to be very cautious before hiring this company. Make sure you have everything clearly documented and think carefully before paying upfront. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use through the home owner insurance or home warrant. Even out of pocket service. At first our home warranty had sent a service request to them for them to come to my house to replace the water heater and repair whatever’s needed to be fixed last week mistakenly due to we already had another company that came by and inspected. I communicated with Action Plumbing to clarify that we don’t need their services at that time because of other company had already came to inspect. But then few day later the other company had just completely ghosted us so we called our home warranty to request for another company to come and help us with water heater. Then Our home warranty had sent out the request yesterday then next day I got a message from our home warranty said

Action Plumbers repeatedly canceled my service request after my home warranty company assigned them to repair my water heater. They told the warranty company that I did not need their service, which was not true. When I tried to call and clarify the situation, the person I spoke with was very rude and had a bad attitude. There was no professionalism or effort to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with how this was handled. If you value honesty and professional customer service, I would recommend staying away from this company.

This is the third we have used Action Plumping. Ryan came out to replace our water heater. He was very polite and professional. We highly recommend Action Plumping.

Jordan the tech was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did without being condescending. AND He cleaned up all the trash and mess before he left It’s a little troublesome to get the techs to arrive on time due to Continuous “ Emergencies “ With other clients, but I would still highly recommend Action Plumbing for your plumbing needs
