The lady behind the counter when you first walk in was very friendly and helpful. Really liked the store in Taylor Arizona. Keeps you from having to drive all the way to Lowe's or home Depot in Show Low which is a good 25 mi away from my house one way.

We are a subcontractor and we work with Kay Supply on every job. They care about us and our customers and always put us first. I appreciate all the staff, but in particular, we work with Kendall and Pat a lot and they are always top-notch! Can’t say enough about them. Thanks for a great relationship. Looking forward to many more products together!

This store is horrible. I used a local contractor to frame my house and per their advice, spent $30K on lumber and materials. Delivery was often delayed and the lumber and materials were no better than HD or Lowes. When I tried to return unused materials I was told by the owner “you didn’t buy that here”. I said, yes I did, I have the receipts. “No, we don’t sell that brand here”. The lot hand found the items on my receipt but they were special ordered which could not be returned. Convenient for them to not have to take back a few hundred dollars worth of brackets after I spent $30K. Did I get an apology from MR owner, no, just more attitude. Some of the staff and especially the owner have a lot to learn about customer service and respect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store

Kim was able to help us get our roofing materials quickly and for a great price. The workers in the yard went above and beyond helping with loading the trailer. Highly recommend over Home Depot or Lowe’s.

A wonderful find . I thought this was just lumber! It is a very clean store . Friendly staff. They answered all my questions I will definitely try to use them instead of driving Al the way to show low for lows / Home Depot
