I recently had Action Roofing replace my roof, and they exceeded my expectations! The entire crew was incredibly efficient—they completed the whole job in just one day, which was a huge relief. The results are stunning; my roof looks beautiful and professional. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. They walked the roof perimeter twice and thoroughly cleaned up any debris and ensure everything was spotless as I have 2 dogs and a toddler. The staff was friendly, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way—great communication from start to finish. Mr. Luis Armas did an amazing job of educating me about the condition of my roof and the process of getting a new roof. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he gave me the best information for my particular roof and the neighborhood that I live in. He was very familiar with all aspects of roofing! I had a great experience with this company. The great experience began with Peter over the phone. Continued with Luis who went above and beyond until he found the issue. The final work was completed by Jack and Keith. They completed the work in one day, a few hours really. Provided a detailed explanation and images of their work.

A new roof is a serious investment on a home. I selected Action roofing after speaking with several other roofing companies. I chose Action for the quality, the value, the warranty and some little extras that they were willing to see done on my home. Our house has endured many Hurricanes and three tree impacts over the years from those storms. There was a lot of work to do. Action was prepared for it all. I could not have been happier with Luis my salesman. If you get Lalo as your job chief, you’ve got it made because I do not believe you could find a better manager for your project.
