All work done by Action Service has been of the highest quality and workmanship. Carl, Jeremy, Doug and several others have done work for me from 2012 -2025. From entire home plumbing replacements to very well studied out solutions to specific needs in a home. They do great honest work and go the extra mile at a very fair price.

Action Service Co. has taken care of all our properties (company owned and personal) for over 25 years, including a 60,000 sq ft industrial building, my personal home and a number of rental homes. We can’t say enough about their service, reasonable prices, and professionalism. We highly recommend their team!!!

Carl Stewart (Manager) is misleading and his response to poor reviews suggest he is dishonest. Carl Stewart blatantly lied on my initial review, so we are going to address Mr. Stewart's lies and hold him accountable. Go through and read the 1 star reviews. Mr. Stewart routinely attempts to deflect blame for his company's poor customer service. Carl, don't blame the customer for YOUR poor business practices. I have used this company's service once. The first time was a great experience. However, when I attempted to use this company's service a second time, the plumber didn't show up as scheduled. We’ve had Action Service come out several times in the past three years to deal with major things like an exterior water line replacement to minor things like a leaking faucet that we couldn’t fix ourselves. In each case, they have scheduled us in as soon as possible, they show up when scheduled, they know what to do when they come, and they fix the problem at a reasonable cost. They communicate exactly what needs to be done and why. Highly recommend!

I’ve never had any work done by Carl. But my Daddy Douglas Dills formerly of Dills and Sons Electric and myself have worked side by side with this man on countless jobs we done! His Character is out of this world, he is fair, and I will gladly speak good of this Man my whole life because he is a true friend!
