Action Well Drilling

Me waiting on Joey to come drill my well. In June we went over the property to have it done, said it would be 6-8 weeks. He kept pushing it back to the point he won’t communicate anymore. Wish I saw these reviews prior to wasting my time.

Incredible job done, lifesaving! Very professional and courteous, even the horrible wet and cold weather didn’t stop him from finishing the job, won’t hesitate to call again!

Started working with this company to get a well installed at the beginning of the year in January 2022. Around March he made it out to see where the well would be placed then promised to have it installed within a few weeks. Was then told I was next on the list only to then be ghosted with no response or information. I would not recommend this company at all! There is a big lack of communication, with empty promises and zero follow through. Luckily I was able to get on the list with Basford Well drilling and services who did communicate, did the job as promised and also provided a warranty of their work and services! Bottom line: don’t waste your time.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! Worst experience I've ever had trying to get a well drilled for my home. They lie and tell you they can get you in 5 to 6 weeks, which is a reasonable wait time. But those 5 to 6 weeks turn into 6 to 7 months just for them to tell you sorry you need to find someone else to do your well. They put people ahead of me on their list and kept pushing me out even further. I think it's the money that determines who they want to get to first. A man's word means nothing at this company. Wouldn't recommend them to no one. So beware!

Said he would come and install my well but never did. Said next week 15 times. Then stopped answering my calls. Joey is a liar. We shook hands on the deal. Not a man of his word.
